Henrik spent 7 years in the mobile and social gaming
industry, including 5 years at DeNA in Tokyo, where he played a key role in the company's global expansion.
After DeNA, Henrik spent 8 years managing growth teams for Spotify, serving most recently as the Global Head of User
Growth. Whilst at Spotify, Henrik developed and launched new markets, products and growth strategies, accelerating
the world's shift to streaming media and growing the service to 350M+ users.
Claire leads growth and revenue across four continents at Snap Inc, including key markets: UK, France, Germany, Nordics + Netherlands, Israel, India and MENA. Her priority is to unlock the potential of EMEA markets while continuing to scale those that are already realized. Prior to joining Snap in 2016, Claire was the Director of Agency Partnerships at Facebook UK. She’s also held senior roles at Weve, O2 Media and spent 11 years at Mindshare working across a portfolio of world-class brands.
Amir Nooriala is a rising industry star. He is currently Chief Commercial Officer at Callsign, a London-based company at the forefront of the identity, authentication and authorisation revolution. In his current role, he oversees customer and partner strategy as well as sales. Previously Amir was Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer (SMF24) at OakNorth, still Europe’s only profitable digital challenger bank.
Amir also serves on the UK Government’s TechNation accelerator as a judge for the annual FinTech cohort and is an early stage investor in multiple start-ups.
Jo leads Snap’s Marketing Insights team outside of North America where she identifies and illuminates first party insights amongst Snapchat's global audience. Before joining Snap, Jo spent 8 years at Meta leading research across different business areas from AR & VR to the company’s enterprise work platform. She spent her early career at Ipsos and YouGov, working on a variety of global brands.

Sophie is Head of Marketing (DK) at Lunar, a growing force in fintech in the Nordics. Lunar has gained more than 400.000 users using Snapchat as one of its key customer acquisition channels. As well as heading marketing for Lunar, Sophie was featured on the M-talent list 2021 - Top 20, a catalogue of the most talented professionals under the age of 30 working in marketing, tech, communication or media.
Glynn joined Snap in 2016 having previously worked at Omnicom and Publicis, bringing a wealth of experience in the paid social and digital marketing landscapes. Since joining the Snap team over 5 years ago, Glynn has worked with advertisers large and small to drive success and grow their businesses using Snapchat's advertising solutions. He now leads hyper growth Fintech and app partnerships in the UK.
